Avion Bifurcation RX2 features a highly pushable proximal hypotube which splits distally into two shafts / balloons: Main Vessel balloon (MVb) and Side Branch balloon (SBb). A simple design for an easy and fast single operator / single device Kissing Balloon PTCA procedure

Fast, Safe and Cost Effective

The double RX design in combination with a single inflation lumen for both MVb and SBb provide the physicians with a faster procedure time than the conventional method. Pre-dilatation and post- stent dilatation of bifurcation lesions can thus be performed faster and simpler than ever, adopting the optimal technique (kissing balloon), using only one catheter and one indeflator, with higher device stability (no balloon sliding upon one another) and without risk of guide wire twisting.

Excellent trackability and crossability

The combination of the highly pushable proximal shaft, the low balloon profiles with tri-folding technology and the 0,017'' tip entry profiles guarantees an easy lesion reaching and crossing.

Color Code and different radiopaque marker set up for the two balloons allow easy identification of the MVb and SBb in the sterile field as well as under fluoroscopy.
